Problem: Outlook's address auto complete won't turn on

Solution:
It is the *.NICK file in appdata\microsoft\outlook\ that’s blocking the NK2 file being created after outlook closed. Delete the *.NICK file and the NK2 file will be created when outlook closed. Cache will then work.
