Disable the Back Pressure Feature

 

To disable the Back Pressure Feature, you have to edit the file located in the bin folder of your exchange server : EdgeTransport.exe.config
Locate the EnableResourceMonitoring param and put the value to “false”.
Restart the Exchange Transport Service using the exchange shell :

Restart-Service msExchangeTransport

Create a merge.reg file , copy and paste the following and save.

Then open the file and merge it with your registry

Formatting the Friendly Name

  1. Download and run the DigiCert Certificate Utility on your IIS server.
  2. In the utility, right-click your certificate and click Edit Friendly Name.

**The trick is you just need to add the * in front of the friendly name and then IIS will allow you to change the host name when it start with * for the friendly name.
