How do I find out readability statistic of my article/paragraph in Word 2007?

Answer:
It is always good to reduce the complexity of sentences and to use easy to understand word in an article. To find out the readability of your article/paragraph in Outlook:

1. Click Office button at the upper left hand corner.
2. Click on Word Options at the bottom.
3. Select “Proofing” on left hand side of the window.
4. Check/select “Show Readability Statistics”. 5. Press F7 to perform a spell/grammar check and when it is done, you will see the readability statistics.
